14.4 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any claim arising from or related to your use of the 333vip platform must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose, after which time the claim is permanently barred.

14.5 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
